We would like to inform you that, starting June 1st, 2025, we will begin charging, declaring, and paying VAT (Value Added Tax) on behalf of our customers in Kazakhstan for items purchased via our service and shipped to Kazakhstan.
A 12% VAT will apply to all orders where the combined value of the item and shipping costs is EUR 200 or more, with shipping charges also included in the taxable amount.
This update ensures compliance with Kazakhstan’s e-commerce legislation, introduced in January 2022, which requires foreign companies selling to individuals in Kazakhstan to collect VAT.
